- Why is my order taking so long to be prepared? It usually does not take this long.
If you have not had dining experiences with us during peak business hours, you have probably been accustomed to minimal waiting time for your order. The reason being is that during peak business hours there are take-out orders as well as dine-in orders and it could possibly be that there are other orders that have been placed before yours. The bottom line is that during peak business hours we try our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
- Why is my take-out order not ready by the time I was told?
Please understand that an estimate may be given at the time of your take-out order for when it will be ready, but it is only an estimate. Various events may occur that may add to the estimated time of your order's completion (although this is rather uncommon). We appreciate your patience and understanding, thank you.
- Why are the Popia Sod (#2 Appetizers) unavailable?
These appetizers are prepared in bulk quantities, once for lunch and once for dinner to ensure freshness. The process to make Popia Sod is rather time-consuming and would be impractical for customers to wait for these to be prepared. Our best suggestion is to come early for Lunch or Dinner, we hope to see you soon!
